Field Representative Calendar and Goals

This National Office staff member will travel to the chapters for the purpose of:
§ Getting to know the students and their environment, on their campuses.
§ Working with chapter leaders to promote opportunities for growth.
§ Help chapters develop programs that will aid in the retention of their existing members.
§ Assisting the chapter to provide leadership opportunities for their members.
§ Create an individualized plan for building a healthier chapter or extension group.
