Alpha Phi Omega Around the World

Although Alpha Phi Omega started in the United States in 1925, it was our founders dream that the Fraternity should spread around the world.

ICAPO: The International Council of Alpha Phi Omega was established in 1994 at the National Convention in Dallas, Texas with two member organizations: Alpha Phi Omega, National Service Fraternity (USA) and Alpha Phi Omega, International Collegiate Service Fraternity & Sorority (Philippines). The purpose of the International Council shall be to promote the principles and ideals of Alpha Phi Omega, as originally exemplified by Frank Reed Horton, around the world.

Philippines : Alpha Phi Omega of the Philippines (Alpha Phi Omega, International Collegiate Service Fraternity & Sorority) was started in 1950 by Dr Librado "Bado" Ureta at Far Eastern University in Manila.
