Submit Documents to the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse

Instructions for Authors:

To submit a document, workshop notes/slides, or other materials to the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse, please complete the following form below (items with a * are required). Select one author, whose contact information is least likely to change over time, and enter their email address. List all other authors under Additional Authors (no email address is required for those authors).

To upload the file, select the file type and upload the appropriate file using the form. To upload multiple files, you may either combine all files into one ZIP file using Winzip (preferred), or if absolutely necessary, submit the form multiple times. Please note also that, if you are using Windows XP, Winzip is not required (simply place all files into a directory, right-click on the directory, and select Send To: Compressed (zipped) Folder, and a zip file will be created automatically, which you can then upload. Select a file category, file type, and enter any additional comments or notes.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

I, the Corresponding Author of these materials, with the consent of all authors, hereby transfer, to the extent that there is copyright to be transferred, the exclusive copyright interest in the above cited materials, including the published version in any format, to Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc., subject to the following (if the materials are not accepted for publication in the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse, or withdrawn prior to acceptance, this transfer will be null and void):

  1. The Corresponding Author and all coauthors retain the right to revise, adapt, prepare derivative works, present orally, or distribute and transmit the above materials, provided that all co-authors are in agreement.

  2. Whenever Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc., is approached by third parties for permission to use, reprint, or republish specified materials (except for classroom use, library reserve, or to reprint in a collective work), the Corresponding Author's permission will also be required.

  3. No proprietary right other than copyright is claimed by Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc.
