During the execution of the project, what areas/procedures went well?
All areas described above. The fair was extremely well attended and member/pledge turnout exceeded our expectations. The grant went well, and the bears were all received enthusiastically!
During the execution of the project, what areas/procedures could have been improved?
Our original intention was to record books to donate as well, but the event was far too noisy and recording devices inaccessible. We are still working on completing this part of the plan.
